DINING AT ROCKHOUSE
Only a leisurely stroll away through tropical gardens, you'll find Rockhouse's Pool Bar & Grill, designed to blend in with its natural surroundings as a seamless extension of the contiguous rock face. While lounging pool side, enjoy the Pool Grill Menu featuring a tasty lunch of jerk chicken, grilled snapper sandwich, jerk crayfish or the Rockhouse burger, grilled on an open jerk pan and served with your choice of salad. Do not miss the Pool Grill's signature Jerk Mayonnaise. The Pool Grill is open for lunch from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m. daily, and for beverages from 11:00 a.m. to sunset.

The food is cooked to order and so it is a little slow in coming, but it is so delicious that you do not mind the wait. Jerk sausage with shrimp kebob became my staple."
